MO1: Jellybean Guessing Contest
The “Jelly Bean Guessing Contest” develops basic estimation skills and practices counting from 1 to 100.
MO2: Guess a Number
“Guess a Number” practices number sequencing and mental counting. It teaches more abstract thinking as a child has no visual aid to guide them.
MO3: Hundred Puzzle
The “Hundred Puzzle” practices number sequencing, counting, and recognizing numerals from 1 to 100. It also builds problem-solving and cognitive skills by teaching children to develop strategies to assemble each piece correctly, one at a time.
MO4: Number Bingo: Advanced
“Number Bingo” gives your child additional practice recognizing numerals while entertaining her with a child’s favorite game: Bingo.
MO5: Number Board: Mathematician
The “Number Board” lays the foundation for addition and subtraction. Understanding where a number falls on the number line helps your child understand the sequence of numbers as well as the distance between them (subtraction).
MO6: Color Board: Advanced
The “Color Board” gives your child additional practice counting and recognizing numerals from 1 to 100. It also builds skills necessary for basic addition by continuing counting from various numbers on the number line. (subtraction).
MO7: Musical Stars: Mathematician
“Musical Stars” practices recognizing numerals from 1 to 100.
1. Overview
This is the last section before Basic Addition. Children will continue practicing counting, recognizing numerals, grouping, and assembling puzzles. We also introduce estimation. Developing strong estimation abilities helps children manipulate numbers mentally. Mental calculations are crucial for adding quickly without visual aides.
Spend at least several months on this unit to ensure your child is ready for addition. Remember to repeat the games regularly and frequently to help your child master the material.
2. Prerequisites
If your child has difficulty completing the Fifty Puzzle, then do not start this Objective. Review Objective 3: Counting 1 – 50 for a couple of more weeks. Your child should be very comfortable skip counting before starting this unit. Occasionally, play a few games from previous units to supplement the activities in this section.
If your child has trouble completing these activities, do not be concerned. Simply spend more time playing the activities that practice counting from 1 to 50.

Your activities are superb, but I have a query regarding numbers in the bingo game. How can one make the bingo game? And can you suggest to me some activities for backwards counting of 10-1?
